This International Women's Day my message is simple. How do we commit to women's sport and invest every day? Breaking barriers was step one, now we have to action authentic growth. By exploring the current state of Football, Cricket and Rugby I explore the difficulties still facing women's sport in England and Wales, and the steps we must take to ensure success away from the iconic moments.
